MSU Launch Day

On Feb 14 2024, I had the opportunity to showcase my talent and passion for cooking by making Indian finger foods for an order from the World Trade Center Denver. As a member of this nonprofit organization, I am proud to be a part of their mission to support immigrant entrepreneurs and small businesses. They have been providing free training programs to educate and empower these entrepreneurs, and I am grateful to be a part of this community.


This event was a collaboration between Metropolitan State University and the World Trade Center, where we joined hands to provide a business foundation program. I had participated in this program last year and even won the foster competition, which gave me the confidence to pursue my dream of sharing my cultural cuisine with others. Being able to showcase my skills and contribute to such a meaningful cause has been a fulfilling experience.
